Security:

The security company reserves the right to check bags, wand and/or pat down screening upon entry and re-entry to the building. Guests have the right to refuse screening procedures and the venue has the right to refuse entry.

Palace on James offers a variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase at our concession area. A valid and current drivers license or State ID card with photo is required to purchase alcohol, regardless of age. Any alcohol purchased at Palace On James cannot leave the building. Venue reserves the right to stop alcohol service at any time as they deem necessary.

Prohibited items:

• Weapons of any kind

• Alcohol

• Illegal drugs/substances

• Any outside food or beverages

• Laser pointers

• Backpacks, duffel bags, oversized bags, large purses

The following behaviors and/or activities are cause for eviction from the property:

• Possession of prohibited, illegal, or unauthorized items

• Public intoxication

• Instigating or participating in a verbal/physical altercation or fight

• Throwing objects of any type

• Verbally abusing, threatening, or intimidating other patron or venue staff/management

• Standing/climbing on seats or other building structures

• Entering or attempting to enter any “off limits” area such as: roped off spaces, concessions, stage, back exit ramps, offices, storage rooms, basement

House keeping (Help us out)

• Please do not sit or stand in the aisles. Aisles must be keep clear at all times.

• Food and drink (purchased at concessions) is allowed in the theatre; however, we ask that you be respectful of Palace On James and others sitting around you. Please dispose of trash in trashcans located throughout the lobby
